Day of Providing Service that You Would Write a Book About
The day I went with Karen Blumhorst to a pig farm to meet with a consumer. I was dressed in heels and a skirt and walked in mud to find my consumer on a piece of equipment where he was gathering the pig waste that he would use for fertilizer. I was told during my interview that every day would have gray areas and no day alike. I learned this very quickly.
