I am always looking for a team player. At Capabilities, we value everyone for being part of the team, no matter what level of experience or education you may have.

Biggest Success
I am very proud of the team of people that we have brought together at Capabilities. I am always amazed at the great people that we have here. My biggest success is being part of the team and being able to tell people about all the great individuals that we have working here and supporting people across the state.
Day of Providing Service that You Would Write a Book About
I remember one day in particular when we went to upgrade our server at our St. Marys office. I remember starting at 8 AM and thinking we would definitely be done by 5 PM. We did this on a weekend so that there would be as little of interruption as possible. Murphy's law was in full effect on this day. After many hours of cursing and trying different things, we did get the network set up, but I remember driving home around 10 AM the next day.
Why I love What I Do
I love making a positive difference in people's lives. I feel that we have a chance to really help people gain independence through our services. Every story I hear of this happening warms my heart and makes me want to work even harder so that we can help more people.
Interesting Fact About Yourself
I am a lifelong San Antonio Spurs Fan... I was a big fan of David Robinson growing up, so I have been very lucky to jump on with a team with that much success.
Previous Experience Outside of Capabilities
Before Capabilities, I attended Bowling Green State University. I also worked some factory jobs and customer service before dedicating my career to helping people with disabilities.

I would love to sit down with Joe Rogan. I have been listening to his podcast for years, and I really appreciate his positive energy that he puts out into the world.
