Types of Positions

Career Consultant (Job Coach or Job Developer)

We have Career Consultants who specialize in Job Development, Job Coaching, Vocational Evaluation, Career Exploration, Work Incentives Planning, and other services. Career Consultants need to have excellent communication skills to work with several stakeholders in the hiring, onboarding and training process.

Successful Career Consultants (Job Developers) are sales-oriented, hardworking, ambitious, outgoing, proficient on a computer, and have a passion for seeing people change their lives.

Successful Career Consultants (Job Coaches) are talented trainers, ambitious, patient, and thrive on helping people achieve goals.

Currently we have Career Consultants based in Athens, Circleville, Dayton, Findlay, Fremont, Marysville, Piqua, Springdale, St. Marys, Toledo, Wheelersburg, and Zanesville offices.

Community Consultant

Community Consultants provide meaningful opportunities for members of our Capabilities Community Clubs to get involved in their community. Members try new things, make more choices, and are further involved in activities and hobbies they enjoy. Our Community Consultants offer supports to make this level of inclusion and independence a reality by being active community members with excellent communication skills and a passion for seeing people achieve goals.

Currently, we have Community Consultants based in Dayton, Lima, Piqua, and St. Marys.
