I have 8 years of experience working with employers to find quality candidates in the Dayton area. I also have 7 years of management experience in the food service industry. Biggest Success

There is not just one success that means more to me than another. I have received calls from person's served who I helped in getting placed in employment years ago, and they thanked me for helping them and were still working for the same company, or I helped them to move on to a better job opportunity.

Day of Providing Service that You Would Write a Book About

I would choose every day, because I am constantly searching and aware of my surrounding in search for employment that would be good fir for the person's served.

Why I love What I Do

I love helping person's served get ready for the job search and finding a position that would be a great fit. It is very satisfying when I receive a call from someone I have helped find employment for years ago and they thank me for helping them find employment and let me know they are still working with the same company.

Interesting Fact About Yourself

The past employment I had went out of business and was ing impairment and received information on how OOD could help. Through the help of OOD, I was connected with Capabilities, Inc. I was interviewed by Capabilities, Inc. and at the end of the interview was asked how I felt about working as a career consultant for Capabilities, Inc. I was very interested and the rest is history. I was hired by Capabilities, Inc. as a career consultant and have been with the company for nine years.

Previous Experience Outside of Capabilities

My previous work experiences include being a Wendy's manager for seven years, production worker with Panasonic for ten years and insurance agent/financial planner with Western & Southern and Prudential for six years.
