Biggest Success

My biggest success was working with an individual who was dish washing at Barry's Bagels. She was having a tough time getting her speed to where it needed to be, but after building a routine and doing some speed training she was able to get to where she needed to be. I remember the day the manager talked to us about her improvement (her 90 day review); he was impressed and let us know that she would be getting a raise for her efforts because not only did she work hard to get to her goal, but she always had a great attitude during her shifts.
