Job Tryout

Allows the consumer and employer to determine if a potential job offer would be a successful match.  JD/JC acts as a liaison between the consumer and employer to identify concerns and make adjustments as necessary.   Job Coach is on site 100% of the time and the consumer is paid at the Ohio minimum wage rate.  Less Job Coach time can be negotiated. Weekly rate is up to 20 hours.  Intake, etc. is same as CBA.
