Experience with People with Disabilities

I have worked for Capabilities since 2003 as a vocational evaluator. I love my job. I enjoy working with people in general, however it is even more rewarding to work with people on a one on one basis and to see them succeed. It is interesting to work with people with a wide variety of experiences and situations. I love the challenge of taking these factors and putting them all together to make for a successful placement.

I also am a former teacher where I received experience in dealing with learning disabilities, mental disabilities, and many other disorders. I feel that my former career as a teacher has prepared me for my work here at Capabilities.
