Experience with People with Disabilities

I have two sons with disabilities and have experience working with the MR/DD programs. I have worked for 7 1/2 years working for Capabilities concentrating on the deaf and hard of hearing I am know beginning to concentrate on Home sight doing the assesment as well as the JD. My expertise is also in Job Development. I also do JC FA, CE and any other services as they come along.

I am willing to do anything for the benefit of the consumer within VRC guidelines. I enjoy my job and work very hard to make employment placements as quickly as possible. I am very versital in all aspects of my job.
