In my last job, I had the position of Community Employment Specialist. I completed the following duties while having this position: Job Development, Community Based Assessment, Job Coaching, Job Shadows, Job Search Suitability Training, Follow Along, and interview preparation. I moved into my current position with Capabilities while having all of this previous training under my belt. I have also held the position of Recreational Specialist. I feel that with all of this previous experience, I can be an excellent fit to help many different people find quality employment!
